Earlier this month, she was released early from jail due to good behavior after serving 13 days of a 90-day sentence for violating probation in her DUI case.

She will undergo “fairly rigorous outpatient” treatment,Evisu, her civil attorney Ed McPherson tells UsMagazine.com.
