Burglars target pharmacy in £25,000 raid
BURGLARS have made off with £25,000 worth of beauty products after raiding Lloyds Pharmacy in Evesham.
They stole perfumes by Gucci, Police, Paul Smith and Burberry, make-up by L’Oreal, Rimmell, Maybelline and Bourjois, and Gillette razor blades from the High Street store between 6.24pm on Monday and 8.45am on Tuesday.
Other items taken include designer perfumes by Emporio Armani, Nino Rucci, Red Door, Hugo, Intense, Amor Amor Cachrell, 2-1-2, Storm, Hollyoaks, CKB, CK1, Eternity and Samsara.
A police spokesman said: “All of these items are extremely popular with the public and are almost certain to surface at some point, perhaps at a weekend car-boot sale, street markets, door-to-door or even being offered to small retailers.
“We hope that anyone who is offered any items matching the 22 famous brand names we have given will not be tempted to buy but will contact us with as much detail as possible.â€Â
